Colourful turbans, bedecked camels, and festooned tents!
That’s the Rann Utsav.
It’s a three-month-long extravaganza on the Rann of Kutch when Gujarat extends its warmth, striking food culture, bounty of different hues, and hospitality to the people coming from every corner of this world.
Dhordo, a small village situated at the white desert’s gateway, organises this Utsav infused with excitement and colour.
The Shangri-La offers a surreal experience that reflects the rich heritage and culture of this region. Folk music, dance forms, handicrafts, exquisite food stalls, and adventure sports are some of the ways through which it displays the colossal proportions of energy and excitement of its local people.
At night, laying in the tent which overviews the full moon sky above and stretches of white Rann in front will transcend you to a world filled with magic! India Imprints never misses this celebration of life, culture, and rural art forms, encouraging the nation to embrace our pride.
